Can you tell what kind of carpet is the kind that has about and inch and a half of little yarn strands hanging out? Please?

Our puppy peed on our area rug. We cleaned it, but we can’t get rid of the odor. We’ve tried both vinegar and water, as well as the Arm & Hammer Pet Fresh Odor Eliminator, but to no avail.

How do we get the smell out?

Should I go for brown or will it clash with the small black pattern in the red Afghani rug? Or should I go with a black couch or will it look bad with dark brown Indian shisham wood furniture? Or should I buy a new rug?

okay, so i moved to college and back home my parents smoke and the 6′x10′ rug i took to school smells of cigarettes. How can i get rig of that smell, any suggestions or advice. thanks.
well before i came to school, I use carpet cleaner on it and let it air out over night outside but it still has that smell, when people come in they can smell it.

My walls are painted a medium pink (not hot, but not light either) and my furnature is black, and my bad spread is all white, what color should my rug be?

The green rug transferred color to the cream colored carpet. The area of the stain is about 3×3′. I am guessing traditional spot carpet cleaners won’t be so effective on a large area. How can I clean this myself? Do I need to hire a professional?

My b/f and I are helping his brother clean out some stuff and my b/f wanted the rug, but we don’t know how to clean it, and don’t want a proffesional to do it. Costs to much.

Our cat, Steve, don’t look at me like that, the shelter named him, is tearing up the rugs for no particular reason than to just scratch up the rug. We’ve tried everything, but he is annoyingly persistent in everything he does, and keeps tearing up the rugs in any possible corner he can find. My mom and I are both extremely frustrated at this.

I just bought a rug and I need to stick it to my carpet because when ever I walk on it it moves and its getting really annoying.

Any idea’s on how I can get it to stop moving around?
