I am buying a Grizzly Bear Rug from a man in a few days. He is selling it for $400 but they usually go for around $1000 to $3000. I am sure it’s real but I’d hate to be fooled because I failed to make an obvious observation. Is there any way to tell if this grizzly bear rug is real or fake? Are there tests or procedures?

While yard-selling I came into a massive 9 by 7 grizzly bear rug with wavy blond hair in perfect condition for 20 dollars. Of course, I bought it. It’s completely real, there is even a mole or two on the hyde if you look close. A good friend says they go for around 10,000 dollars. How much do you think, and where would I go to sell it?
