I have carpet that is a 5 year carpet and I have lived here six years and moving out the end of six years {now}. I have kept the carpet clean but there is a small pink spot about the size of a quarter in one of the bedrooms and honestly the carpet is so worn that there is absoluteely no pile left.. Can landlord charge for that small spot?

We recently moved into a base house with two children ages 6mo and 3 years to find that the previous tenents’ dogs peed EVERYWHERE! We got ahold of the housing office, and they are replacing our entire carpets, however, my son now has a ringworm on his arm? Lawsuitable?
