Peroxide or Chlorine Bleach should eventually remove but it will take time and a great deal of patience. Use either of these with a cloth and rub over the stain.
Not an easy substance to remove, especially from carpets and rugs.

I am sorry but most likely it will not be able to removed. Henna stains fibers and hair permanently. Like your rug will be permanent. For hair I usually tell clients that they need to wait for it to grow out before it goes away. I am really sorry. You can try to shampoo it out as best as you can and see from there.

My daughter....a budding artist ;) .....colors with markers all the time. I am constantly finding marker spots on her carpet...and the carpet is offwhite! I use regular rubbing alcohol and a white cloth. Put some of the rubbing alcohol on the cloth and then dab on the stain. Keep dabbing, adding more alcohol if needed, making sure the area is well saturated. The spot should start to lighten right away. It worked for us....I hope it works for you :)

i dont theres much chance of getting it off. the only way u may be able to is with bleach but that would only be suitable on white sheets or towels or clothes, and even then it may just leave a yellow stain.

Hi Nessy,
My sister has created carpet marks with the muck, which carpet shampoo and stuff wil not remove.
I am reluctant to use strong solvents, as that would probably just leave a hole. I may well resort to neatly cutting a circle out in said carpet outside the bathroom, and glueing a perfect fit peice of spare carpet in the hole.
