Can a carpet company replace the carpet in my apartment without notifying the leasing office?
I need to get an 11 x 9′9 section of carpet replaced because there are some small holes and a bleach spot. Are carpet companies allowed to replace the carpet without notifying the leasing office. If so, how much do you think a section this big would cost?
