Our puppy peed on our area rug. We cleaned it, but we can’t get rid of the odor. We’ve tried both vinegar and water, as well as the Arm & Hammer Pet Fresh Odor Eliminator, but to no avail.

How do we get the smell out?

I am toilet training my three year old (we were dry) but for some reason she has wet her carpet a couple of times and as it is brand new I really can’t stand it, I need to get rid of the smell. I have washed the carpet twice and used a carpet cleaner to no avail. I have been told to use Soda Crystals but have no idea what to do with them.

Maybe I should reiterate before I get loads of answers the same….. The carpet is BRAND new.

I spilled some blue fabric softener on my carpet. I first put water on it then I had tried to blot it scrub it and even tried stain remover, but to no avail. Now it looks like a big dirty spot. Has anyone had this happen to them.? Please help I don’t want to replace the carpet. It is Berbur carpeting.
