What color for a new leather couch? To go with red and black rug and dark brown furniture?

Should I go for brown or will it clash with the small black pattern in the red Afghani rug? Or should I go with a black couch or will it look bad with dark brown Indian shisham wood furniture? Or should I buy a new rug?

    Natural brown leather would look awesome.

    You could also buy a new rug.

    You could also get a different color of leather for the couch. Behaviorist

    Hey, why not go for a bold bright red! It should go with both nicely! I have brown furniture in my living room and just brought home an antique red leather sofa, it is amazing how it has brightened up the room and pulled everything together! You could see if the furniture store would have a sample swatch of fabric matching the colors your thinking of and that way you can take them home and see for yourself how everything looks b4 you buy! Besides it saves you $$ and its smart, cuz that way your not stuck with a piece of furniture that you have to cover up to make it go with everything else in the room! god bless! kimpossible

    You might try cream colored leather and then you could add throw pillows in silk in colors that tie in with the rest of the room penobscott
